We understand that the client’s own team must grow and develop through the transformation process. We enable that growth with practical advice, innovative approaches and proven best practices. While our team has many years of success in building and developing large consulting firm practices, we also recognize the limitation of that model. Unlike major consulting firms who provide larger, less experienced teams when client team resource augmentation is required, we provide senior-level coaching and guidance. We also flex small teams of highly experienced transformation professionals with deep functional expertise or partner with larger firms of your choosing as needed. We are very flexible in how we support our clients. Our support can range from advising on an ad hoc basis to providing initiative support on a full-time basis.
