Teri Robinson

Teri has spent her career transforming business service organizations across the globe. A former CIO, she has led IT and finance service organizations. As a Managing Director at KPMG and EquaTerra, she focused on large scale service delivery transformation in information technology, finance and accounting, human resources, contact centers and procurement. She has extensive experience working with executive management on strategic technology and business issues.

Teri’s clients include: ABInBev, ADP, Albertsons, American Red Cross, Battelle, Bristol Myers Squibb, Clorox, DSW, HPE, Intuit, Marathon Petroleum, McDonald’s, Nestlé, SAB Miller, SAIC, SECU, ServiceMaster, TreeHouse, Williams, Valvoline and Washington Gas.

Tom Schramm

Tom has been providing professional services to clients for 35 years. He has assisted numerous clients in the development and implementation of service delivery model strategies for multiple support functions such as finance, procurement, human resources, customer support and information technology. He is a former Partner at EY, Andersen and EquaTerra.

Clients Tom has assisted with global service delivery efforts include Nike, Mondelez, Kimberly Clark, Kone, Honeywell, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Microsoft, LyondellBasell, United Technologies, Heineken, Clorox, Symantec, Google, Levi Strauss & Co., AT&T Wireless, Western Union, NiSource and DTE.

 Jeff Collins

Jeff was a Partner at Exult/Gunn Partners, EquaTerra and most recently he was the COO of KPMG’s global Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory Center of Excellence. He has over 30 years of advising clients on a broad range of business services transformations ranging from strategy development to post-implementation operational improvement. His work has ranged broadly across business services functions and a wide variety of industries. Jeff also spent five years as the Chief Investment Officer of KPMG Capital, a captive venture fund focused on emerging data and analytics technologies.

Jeff’s clients include C-Suite and operating management groups at Albertsons, General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Kraft Foods, Sears, Alcoa, British Petroleum, Baker Hughes, Bank of America, Dun & Bradstreet, Hewlett Packard, Whirlpool, Coca Cola and Georgia Pacific.
